Working out on Mondays

Every time we tell ourselves, I will start everything on Monday... I will start eating healthy on Monday... I will start my workout on Monday... I will start running on Monday.. I will start studying for the exam on Monday.. Why does everything have to start on Monday?

Then.. you enter the office on Monday morning and the first thing you hear after you ask someone "how is it going? is ".. oh, you know it's Monday..."!!

We make Mondays feel and look very aweful. Why is that? Maybe because we plan to almost start a new life on Mondays and then when we wake up, we don't do any of the things we've been preparing ourselves to do! And then.. we get stressed, frustrated, and sometimes depressed!

So, lets not think and even over think what do you want to start on Monday, just start it any day.

But for now, just do a workout/run/eat something healthy without too much planning! Just do it!!!
